Based on the work, Soul ‘O – inspired by the oldest texts ever found and written by the high priestess Enheduanna 4,300 years ago – Liv Hanne Haugen will share experiences and concrete exercises around working with a solo, with her own song material and with a sound universe linked to dance and movement.

Bio:
Liv Hanne Haugen trained to become a dance artist in London and Amsterdam. For many years she worked in Belgium, with amongst others Wim Vandekeybus, before moving back to her hometown of Tromsø in 2009 with her Belgian husband and their two children. From a northern perspective, she creates dance art through various collective projects and groups, as well as through Haugen Productions, which she runs with her sister and colleague Anne Katrine. She works interdisciplinary, and in addition to dance, her expression also includes singing. Sxhe is the vocalist in the band LIV, a French-Norwegian musical collaboration. Her work tours both nationally and internationally, and appears on both large and small stages. She teaches regularly and is driven by the potential of dance to build community and uplifting movements.
