In this conversation, doctor and author Kristin Leer joins dancer and choreographer Yaniv Cohen to talk about ADHD and how dance, art and physical activity can act as regulatory strategies.
Endorphins, the body's “happiness hormone”, are important for stabilization and prevention to strengthen the brain and our overall health. Endorphins are released in the brain when we are physically active. Does this apply to everyone?
